As each MOC set is manually sorted and packed, occasional missing parts may occur.If you experience any issues during assembly, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Carefully check all parts and review the instruction manual to confirm which pieces are missing or defective.
Step 2: Take a clear photo or screenshot of the instruction manual and mark the missing or damaged parts, including the quantity needed.
Step 3: Email the photos along with your order number to 349590824q@gmail.com, or contact us via our official social media channels.
Once your request is confirmed, we will provide a one-time free replacement for all missing parts to ensure you can complete your build.
